Kick-off Meeting

We started with the so-called Kick-off Meeting, a fundamental meeting to successfully launch the project. This meeting, held at the UPM School of Civil Engineering in Madrid, brought together representatives of all the participating partners: UCM, UGE, UIC, UEVORA and UNIFI. During the session, the working basis was defined, including the internal rules of coordination and communication. In addition, the schedule and budget were approved, a detailed distribution of tasks related to quality control and communication was carried out, and the first guidelines of WP02 were presented.
