Learning activity WP05: governance models

The WP05 learning activity will take place at the University of Florence from March 9–13, 2026. We will implement the project methodology on the Lucca-Aulla line, a case study located about 80 km from Florence.

March 9–10: Project overview and methodology training. Design-thinking activities and group dynamics.

March 11: Site visit to the Lucca-Aulla line and engagement with local authorities.

March 12: Teamwork session at the university and preparation of presentations.

March 13: Student presentations and final outcomes.
